DESIGNER | STORYTELLER | EDUCATOR

I am a design strategist and construction manager with a decade of focus on the customer experience in workplace and residential design, storytelling and graphic communication. I believe in seamlessly blending style and culture with form and function to harmonize the human experience with enterprise strategy. I am dedicated, motivated, and have fun building and maintaining strong working relationships. I thrive on unique challenges and adaptation opportunities. I create spaces that work - for people - however they work, live, and play.

Cumulatively, I have programmed and directed the design and construction of over 500K SF of owned and leased commercial real estate while realizing cost savings and avoidance of over $1M annually. I thrive managing and reporting on multiple multi-market projects simultaneously while delivering within tight schedules and on modest budgets. Whether on-site or remote, I comfortably execute projects from the due diligence phase through completion. I am continually enhancing the customer experience by championing the progression of design guidelines and processes and driving evolutionary design and delivery models.

With an entrepreneurial spirit, I have taken some time over the last couple of years to establish my own passion projects in the spaces of storytelling and brand development. So, when I'm not guiding the enterprise workplace strategy, I can be found guiding the decision making of children (and adults) through my picture book series, "Bob and Barb Present..." and exploring the power of positive messaging in our everyday goods through my self-empowerment brand, Vitamins of Inner Strength (VOIS).
